SUSPECT: Shane Devon Tamura, a 27-year-old from Las Vegas, has been identified by police as the gunman. Officials say he acted alone and "has a documented mental health history." Shane worked at Caesars' Horseshoe Center Strip Las Vegas as a surveillance department employee, according to the hotel and casino company.
