During the lie detector test, Sanjay Roy told the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) that he had gone to the red light area with his friend a few hours before the crime. However, she asked not to have sex. During the test, Sanjay Roy also admitted to molesting another person on the road. It has been claimed that Sanjay Roy made a video call to his girlfriend and asked for her nude pictures.

According to CBI sources, accused Sanjay Roy, arrested in the case of rape and murder of a female doctor of RG Car Hospital, has said during the polygraph test that when he reached the auditorium on the night of August 9, the victim was lying dead. After this he ran away from there in fear.

The CBI prepared a profile of the accused, which revealed that he was a serious addict of dirty videos. Several obscene clips were found on his phone. The CBI is also probing the role of Dr Sandeep Ghosh, the former principal of the medical college. His lie detector test was also conducted on Saturday.
